Tasodrums is run by Freimi Oy, a Finnish company. That's why the payment goes to Freimi Oy.

2. Products and prices

We sell e-books as PDF files. The price is shown in euros on the product page, and it is the total amount you pay. There are no delivery costs.

3. Payment

You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page by card, MobilePay or online bank payment. Stripe sends a receipt to your email.

4. Delivery

You can download the e-book right after payment. We also send it to your email. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll send it again.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the purchase date to cancel your purchase. You don't need to give a reason.

To cancel, reply to the order email or write to tasodrums@gmail.com. Tell us your name, the e-book you bought and the email address you used.
We refund the payment to the same payment method within 14 days of receiving your notice.
You don't need to return the downloaded file. We ask you to delete it.

You can use this template if you like: I hereby withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the e-book [title]. Purchase date: [date]. Name: [name]. Email: [email].

6. Defects

If the file doesn't open or the book has an error, email us. We'll fix it or refund your money.

7. Licence

The e-book is for your personal use. You may not share, sell or republish it. Copyright belongs to Freimi Oy.

8. Disputes

Please contact us first and we'll sort it out together. Consumers in Finland can also contact the Finnish consumer advisory service (kkv.fi) and then the Consumer Disputes Board. Finnish law applies, without limiting the protection given to you by the consumer law of your home country.
